Cpanel / WHM expert needed for quick job

1. I have a website at [login to view URL] . The WHM and cpanel is installed on it. The script requirements are as follows: ### [ SERVER REQUIREMENTS ] ### - Apache web server ### - 350 megabyte of web space ### - ImageMagick v.6.2.9 or better ### - GD v.2.0.15 or better ### - PHP v.5.0.5 or better ### - MySQL 4.1.22 or better ### - MOD_REWRITE Apache Web Server Addon ### - admin directory must NOT be renamed ### - Zlib v.1.0.9 or better ### - GzInflate enabled ### - SSL certificate installed (Google Checkout Processor needs it!) ### - PHP4.x or PHP5.x compiled with cURL(libcurl) v.7.0.2 or better (Google Checkout Processor needs it!) ### - cURL(libcurl) compiled with SSL support (Google Checkout Processor needs it!) ### - cURL(libcurl) enabled - not just compiled! (Google Checkout Processor needs it!) ### - FastCGI enabled (YSP needs it when you try to enable most or all ysp features which are typically executed from mainpage) ### - PHP5.x compiled with Server API Apache 2 Handler (CGI or anything else is a bad idea!) ### - Latest EXPAT Library ### - Latest MCRYPT Module ### - SSL certificate installed (Paypal Website Payment Pro Processor needs it!) ### - PHP5.x compiled with cURL(libcurl) v.7.0.2 or better (Paypal Website Payment Pro Processor needs it!) ### - cURL(libcurl) compiled with SSL support (Paypal Website Payment Pro Processor needs it!) ### - cURL(libcurl) enabled - not just compiled! (Paypal Website Payment Pro Processor needs it!) ### - PHP5 compiled with IMAP support ### - Catch-all email (must be available and enabled only if you want to use 'Hosted Emails' System) ### - set up new cron job for cron/[login to view URL] file and set it run every 15 minutes (required by 'Hosted Emails' System) ### - Make sure your host do not block any calls to external servers from your server via file_get_contents() php function 2. The [login to view URL] file where the script is running without any errors is at [login to view URL] 3. The [login to view URL] file for our script is [login to view URL] 4. The script shows an error as displayed here [login to view URL] 5. A copy of the script which shows no error is displayed here [login to view URL] Requirements: 1. Install / tweak all components as given in the script requirements above so that the script functions smoothly without any errors. 2. I would also like to install a virtual machine to run some of my windows internet marketing software on the server. I am not sure if this is possible over the cpanel. 3. If it is please let me know and qive me a combined and separate quote for both.
