Android Landing Page with Specifications

Need an Android Developer for a landing page that does the following: 1. Incoming visitor will download an apk package - link to apk will be provided. 2. Page should reflect some text (must be able to be edited), with a button to send them to their android phone settings page (so they can able/disable some setting) 3. After step 2. when they click back, should land back on the same page, but button should now launch the new app. 4. After launching new app, when they revisit the page, to reflect a third page (this page html will be provided)
