Build a subscription-based website with a mobile app

We are looking for a very strong backend website developer who has 10+ years building website technologies including database programming. The ideal developer will also have several years of experience creating mobile apps for iOS and Android. We are trying to build a subscription/membership website and the following features need to be included: - Seamless payment gateway and security for members - Member accounts with profile pages - CMS for blogging (SEO-friendly) - A method for allowing members to use credits to ask questions to staff (this will require some database programming to store and display archived content) - Admin panel for staff - Backend dashboard for members - Web applications to track user input data over time - Mobile applications to track user input data over time If you feel you are qualified, please send us several examples of your most well-known work.
