Hello - I'm in need of a simple calculator that I can host on my website. The calculator allows users to adjust values in the fields and then manipulate a slider at the bottom of the calculator to increase or decrease the results. We had one on our old site but moved to a new site with a new hosting company and lost it. I've included screen shots of both the back end set up and the public facing setup so you can see what it is I'm needing. The public facing setup has some notes on it that I was using to direct the previous developer and would apply to the new version of the calculator. Thank you

Good day, I would like the opportunity to develop this calculator for you. I have been working in a banking environment for the last 5 years. I develop in C# and have my own server where I can host this calculator for your and include in your site via direct link or iframe etc. I will host this calculator for you, but will also provide you with the source code if you do feel you would like to host it elsewhere. I would however require the calculation requirements in a specifications document from you though. I take a lot of pride in my work and would like to make this calculator and its functionality become available to you again.
