Create Vsphere Module For WHMCS Billing Panel With Vsphere API

We are looking for someone who can create a WHMCS plugin for Vmware Vsphere, the plugin must present clients with reboot/reset/re-image/start/stop/console buttons in client area of WHMCS. The plugin must also auto provision on orders and turn off Virtual machines when invoices are not paid. WHMCS has several modules already for other virtual platforms but none that are stable for Vmware. Every plug-in we've tried has something broken in the script. We would rather hook into the Vsphere API rather than per host, as Vmware already has functions available for calling virtual machine names/performance/storage/console via API. This should be fairly easy for someone who is knowledgeable in this field. Please let me know how much and when you can start. We'd like to get this done ASAP. Have questions? Please ask.
