Custom Facebook Application

I need a facebook app which is kind of a game. I added the screen shots (the interface) to explain what it looks like. There will be 15 logos of my salon, fans will be able to choose 5 of them and try to find 3 blowdryer images. This is the main frame of the app. 1) I have to be able to change the number of choices (I will be able to make it 20 logos instead of 15 or i will be able to make fans choose 8 logos and find 4 blowdryer images) 2) Blowdryer images has to change their places for each game. 3) There will be a time restriction. A fan can play the game 1 time each day. (I have to be able to change also this. I may do it "play 3 hours later". 4) App has to give custom coupon codes and fan will be able to print it out.
