Custom add on features in php script

Hello, I have purchased a script from [login to view URL] which is a business directory script: I need 3 modifications in it. 1) The front end to look neat with logo on left top side...which i will provide and then neatly arrange the categories and top areas on main page ex [login to view URL] 2) The admin has facility to add country/city but I want it to be local directory..so I will need total UAE cities and areas only- This is the new functionality to be added on the admin side using PHPcoding right? 3) When listings open up..instead of only the email , I want a contact form with subject,comment,email,phone and captcha screen in same right side panel + send to friend and all icons connecting to facebook , twitter, etc.. 4) Google text ads on every page..?- Please quote me complete final project cost, not per hpurly. Hourly or incomplete quotes....incimplete portfolio work designers will not be entertained. Looking to outsource many projects in future. Thanks
