Data Mining Project

We would like to create a program that downloads and converts lists of campaign contributions to political campaigns, candidates, and similar entities. The bot will need to return to state and county websites periodoically to update the information. The information will need to be stored in excel or access for later review. The information will need to include the person making the contribution, how much, the date, and to what person or entity the contribution was made.
