Debug simple CURL PHP script

Debug a simple CURL script that does a POST and echoes the result. Also assist with a couple of other similar small scripts if I have problems. When I create the POST to a remote web site via a form it works. When I try to post it via CURL the other site rejects the data as invalid. The working FORM version is attached. A skeleton version of the not working CURL script is also attached. It cannot be run until it is completed. (Putting the faulty version up there for everyone to run would result in the remote web site people thinking they are being hacked.) The first person with a bid of $10 who has a working version they can supply immediately will be awarded the project. Bids above $10 will not be considered.
