convert WordPress plugin to standalone php application

We have a WordPress plugin that needs converting to run within our companys CMS. The plugin needs to run without WordPress dependencies, you can use all the code from the plugin and any PHP, JS libraries needed to replace any functions. The plugin code is written in PHP. We require all features from the backend and the front end - no modification or changes to functionality.
