I need a web based tool where on the front end I can upload an excel document just like the attached one here. and then press "Enter" and then give me results of URL's (column B) that are 404 errors (column C) that have at least 20 domain backlinks (column G) The results should show those urls that match that criteria there should be button to show just the urls of those that match this so we can copy those urls and put them into another tool. use the attachment as the example file we'd give you. We'll want to run this tool off of your server for a week or two until we get this moved to our servers. Tell me how many days it will take you to do this. I'd expect it done within 3 days. I'll pay 1/2 upfront, and 1/2 when done.
