Panels
Dockable panels, including:
Panel 1: container to hold Treeview control #1, top left
Panel 2: container to hold Output results, bottom left
Panel 3: container to hold Grid control #1, top right
Panel 4: container to hold a progress bar and 2 text lines
** All panels should be collapsible like in Visual Studio.
Controls
Treeview control #1
- to display a list of records from an Access table, two levels
- event to catch mouse click at each node level.
Popup Menu ( right-click )
- Separate lists for each panel the user is working in, pulled from XML file as well as 2 lists for Treeview control #1.
Grid control #1
- display a list of records from a table in Access, filtered by level 2 choice in Treeview control #1.
Progress bar
- use DevExpress progress bar.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

By level 1 and level 2 mouse clicks I mean that I need to know at which node level a mouse has been clicked, as different right-click menu options will need to appear based upon this user choice.
