Basic Web Spider

This will be a basic web page spider. It will retrieve links from search results (I will specify the search site once a bidder has been chosen). It will follow each link and check for keywords on the linked page and if it meets the criteria, it will keep the link in a list and retrieve it’s page rank. I have included illustrations and explanations of various functions I want in the application. **_![][1] Results_** Each link that meets my predefined search criteria will be displayed in a listview box (See illustration below). NOTE: duplicates must be removed. ![][2] **_Statusbar_** The status bar on the application will show me the status of program and results. See the example below: **_ ![][3] Export / Save_** Must be able to export/save all of the data the results in the listview to a text file and to excel ??" with the option of saving or excluding the keyword or pagerank data. See Example below: ![][4] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) It is the coder's responsibility to make sure he/she understands all of the requirements fully and is encouraged to ask questions and gather information as neccessary - Everything listed in the deliverables will be required including each item listed illustrated in the pictures with the intended functionality - misunderstanding the expectations or deliverables does not constitue grounds for extension or partial payment - This is an all or nothing project - if the project is not completed to my specifications there will be no pay out if I do not wish to extend the deadline. ## Platform Visual Basic 2005 (Can be created in VB.net as long as it can be successfully ported to visual basic 2005's conversion utility).
