Batch File Creator and file replicator

I would like to create a application that looks like the screenshot below. I need it to work in the following way. 1. User fills in the form. 2. User clicks the create button 3. The program writes the user filled in form contents to a text file. (I have a template of what the file must look like) 4. The program then opens another windows and displays the file that was just created. 5. The user clicks a save button and is given the save dialog box. It also needs to have another tab in the same application that takes a variable entered into a text box and then runs a dos command whilst entering the variable (previously entered in the text box) at the end of the command. This needs to be done in VB6 and VB.NET ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
