access roll over and archive

I have a screen scraper service that loads US futures of a screen into an access DB. I need to enhance the functionality of the loader to switch automatically to next near month upon the current near month expires (this would either be a monthly task or done every 3 month depending on the contract at hand. The service should take no symbol name but the symbol i.e. short name of the contract i.e. crude oil. upon the date and time the service should build the proper symbol and be ready to automatically "roll" the contract. i.e. CLH4 The tables will grow and the archived prices will be place in a table i.e. crude Addendum The service could prompt or email before the rollover and make the rollover more of a manual process, I also need some ideas how to test it or BE VERY REASONABLE in regards of the cost AND SUPPORT the product for at least 6 month since your work can not be tested easily. Addendum II I have added a zip contanining the application (service) two access db the contract is for future use - has the month codes and times of trading, contract expirations etc the other is the current result tables from the service.
