convert text file to simple xml file

Text conversion file This is a great project if you are looking for a short and easy program job. Summary: Load a text file, take each line and write an xml text file of the data. Also use an optional search string so that the program only exports lines with the specified text contained in them. Details I need to convert a text file that looks like this [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [[login to view URL]][1] [login to view URL] [[login to view URL]][2] #Comment-1 # Begin Section Two [login to view URL] [[login to view URL]][3] #Comment-2 ... To an XML format like this <site search="[login to view URL]" msg="NoComment"/> <site search="[login to view URL]" msg="NoComment"/> <site search="[login to view URL]" msg="Comment-1"/> <site search="[login to view URL]" msg="Comment-2"/> More details are in the attached file with more examples. A test file of input data is in the attached. This is an internal use program and is just for me to convert data files. It does not have to be pretty or fast, it just has to work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Language: I would prefer this in visual basic or realbasic but will consider any other language. This program is for windows only.
