Add features to Phpfox-Portal

Hello there, I´m looking for a programmer who can do some custome software-development for a phpfox-portal-script (http//:[login to view URL]). You will have to develop some new features for the users and for the admin and you´ll have to delete some functions in the network. The programmer that I choose should also write the CSS for my design of the portal. A friend of mine still made a collage so that you can see the layout and the colors of the frontpage. I want to run the portal very soon so it would be good if you can do the job as soon as you can. I would like to see demos of your work if you bid on this project. Perhaps someone of you still worked with the phpfox-software and has experiences with that software. The script should be bugfree after the software-development and I would like to see a demo before I pay the whole amount of money for the programming. I get updates from the software-producer for one year. Because of that reason the new features that you developed perhaps have to be added back after a update because the updates will replace any changes.
