Adjust my amateur (adult) wordpress site. Make plugins work.

I set up a site around an adult (soft)fetish model. I installed a theme, customized it with a child and tried to implement the features I wanted. I am stuck on several points now and need someone who can help me out quickly. - The bbPress forum needs to be adapted a bit. I don't know how. The posts now show up below the author. I want that lined up - I need to be able to sell videos in the shop. I can't get it to work. There are testvideos on the server already - Some links on the front page don't work. They are permalinks and whenever I change them in the page settings, they just change themselves back. I need that fixed. - I disabled the footer and front php of the site, because it would mess up me when I tried to set up my banner. Now the homepage has lost a lot of function. I need someone who can set up my banner nicely and make the homepage look like I want it to look while keeping the features. - The dropdown manu in the top navbar does not work anymore. I probably destroyed that somewhere, but I can't fix it anymore. - I probably destroyed the responsive design (bootstrap, scaffolding) with what I amateurishly changed. I need someone to check if thats the case and fix it where necessary (I only made small changes) - I need to make sure that the site works in the most used browsers - I am not sure how user registration works now. But I want users to be able to have one single account as login to my site, so that they don't have to register for the forum and shop additionally. When I go to my site now, I am not prompted to register and then led to the site to participate. I need that integrated. - I installed a ticket system, but when I answer tickets, I get a mail from the ticket starter (not me) with the content of what I myself just answered. Also, there is a number to follow the ticket sent with the mail. I cant find where to enter that. I need that implemented. - I implemented myCRED. I want it to show when someone earns points (mybe with a brief dropdown window from the top). Also, I enabled paying for items with the myCRED coins, but it somehow does not work. - Overall the site needs some adjustments to the look and feel and functionality I need a flexible and friendly person. I am kind myself and want smooth respectful conversations about what needs to be done. I also appreciate suggestions and am open to talk about prices. However, I want to have a good overview on the costs beforehand, so we need to talk about that. You won't see any adult material aside from 5 testpictures I uploaded. They are pretty harmless. You have to be an adult to work on this. I want someone who is credible and discreet. If the work is done very well, I have a lot more work to offer.
