Amazon Affiliate and/or Google Adsense Website

To all people familiar with making Amazon affiliate websites and/or Adsense websites. If you can make a good recommendation on profitable sites to buy, and you are willing to help improve the site once it's purchased, then I want to hear from you. Or if you have a site to sell or are willing to build a completely new site from the ground up, this also applies to you. Website Builder I am currently in the process of building a website that is either Amazon affiliate website or Adsense website. I would like you to build a website that for starters, has 15-20 pages of articles that are ORIGINAL, has a few graphics on it, and could load relatively fast. Guidelines Should have Keywords and Meta Tags, Rss Feed, Links, Graphics, Google Search Bar and traffic analysis on the website itself. Help me get listed and featured on the major search engines - GET MY WEBSITE'S NAME OUT THERE! Be specific on the amount of time that it will take you to make the site. I will need a preview or idea of the site that you are willing to compose to me. No sudden increase of site traffic or spikes in click through rate that will possibly get me banned by Google Adsense. Rather I would like steady traffic on my site. I would like a website that people would want to return over and over again. If you also can please post an area for polls, feedback, discussion groups, forums and chat. I am willing to work with you for future projects if things work well. I would require a phone number, email and address where I can reach you. If I miss something out, I'll let you know. Please tell me your price for this. Established Website I am hoping to buy established Amazon affiliate or Google Adsense. The websites must not be any of the following:- 1) No sites banned from adsense etc., no adult, prohibited or illegal content. 2) Must be established i.e. a minimum of three months or more. 3) I am looking to earn more money using this website in the long run using Amazon or Adsense 4) Proof of Earnings 5) Decent number of backlinks 6) The website(s) must not require me to attend to it daily, like posting an article or content. If possible the website(s) should do fine even if I choose to ignore it for a few weeks – without any substantial decrease in earnings. 7) Once I buy a site I may well change the design or simply improve it. Because of my limited time, I often find myself simply improving the site design and the SEO work. 8) I already have a hosting account, so the hosting will not be a problem. 9) Content must already be indexed by google (Preferred) Please send proof of website traffic, revenue/profit, etc..
