Hi We have a business that helps clients with branding and more specifically helps them identify whether or not their proposed brand name means say something rude in another language. This is done by passing the information out to Linguists around the world and they they then assess the word / phrase and report back to us. The system must allow for 3 levels of access / login. 1/. Clients 2/. Linguists 3/. Project Managers (from our company) and must be easy use for all concerned. Functionality required: Their system does the following: 1) Clients load the names they need tested (usually a maximum of 12, but has the flexibility to be more) 2) Clients load the languages required – this can be as many as 80 and has the flexibility of adding languages that we don’t currently support but may be able to in the future 3) Clients identify how many linguists per language are required (usually either 2 or 3 but has flexibility to be more) 4) Clients have 5 standard questions that are asked but have the flexibility to change these or add more if needed 5) Clients generate the project and it automatically e-mails us with an individual link for EACH respondent to click on (for example if Italian is one of the languages, we may have 3 or more separate links depending on how many Italian respondents they need) – this link enables the linguist to complete the questions (survey) online. 6) The linguists have the ability to save what they have done and come back to it 7) Upon completion the linguists click submit 8) Our PM’s have the ability to login to the overall system at any time during the project and review and amend any answers that have been provided. 9) The PM is able to look at all answers given by individual respondents and sign off on each one individually using just one tick 10) We would like to add the option for the linguists to submit a recording of how the brand name sounds when they pronounce it 11) All responses are collated for the client and statistics given (x% of Linguists say this word is negative, x% of Linguists say it sounds similar to an existing brand name, etc. etc.) Our selection of Freelancer will depend on the following: 1/.
