Betting Logger - Rails App, $200 Bonus for Early Completion

I will pay a $200 bonus to the winning bidder if they deliver the app within 1 week. I'd like to convert a spreadsheet into a full SaaS rails web application. It should be fairly simple and I imagine you should be able to generate much of the app with rails scaffold. The spreadsheet is attached and it has a readme tab that explains how the spreadsheet should be used. Development guidelines * The app will be deployed to Heroku http;//heroku.com. I will send in invite to the winning bidder. I will do my testing via the heroku site. * The App should use Haml and Sass for html and css respectively * The HTML should be clean and be HTML5. Functional guidelines * You you will need user registration and authentification * Registration will require the user to confirm by email using SendGrid (details I will provide) * There will be 7 tabs that correspond to the 7 tabs in the spreadsheet. * The user will be able to change their password.
