Build a Booking website - simmilar to Air B\'n\'B

Hi all, I would need someone to build a website with the feel and look as air bnb - of course it should not be a simple copy of it. It should also have all the features of air bnb. People should be able to post their offering a verification process should be possible and customers should be able to book something either from a list view or a map view. The postings should posess some specific information and photos. Payment processor integration is also necessary. The whole website must be editable in a simple-to-use CMS (everything). The website should have more language mutations. The website would not be for booking a place to stay but something else. there is a website outthere which does the same job as this should.
