CS-CART job

Hi I have a two websites merge and upgrade to new version of CS-CART. Here is the details. 1. Upgrade CS-Cart 1.3.5 to CS-Cart 2.1.3 Professional Edition 2. Migrate two website(1.3.5) data to new version(2.1.3) 3. Add “Product Price Visibility” pull-down menu on add product page. Visibility option will be 1. All user ---- anybody can see the price and buy items. 2. Registered User Only ---- User can see the price after login. 3. Hidden ---- User have to submit request quote. << This “request quote “ function is another project 4. Add “Shipping Option” pull-down menu on add product page. Because, these original two websites has different shipping fee. We have to create multiple shipping charges can be assign to each individual products manually. Please find attachment and bid.
