Check and improve my php script

Looking for someone to test my website to see if its ready to go online or not. When i say test i dont mean check if the website is working or not, all i require from you is to check that all the basics in the website are present, so for example you should check that when you hover over the menu your mouse cursor will change, etc......Just all the basics of a website really I need to do some design customizations as well, so that my website will look perfect, so you should be able to do such things. I need you to customize and change/fix all the areas in my website that you see are not suitable for the users of my website SO IN OTHER WORDS YOUR JOB IS TO CHECK AND CUSTOMIZE MY WEBSITE SO THAT IT IS READY FOR MY USERS TO USE. DO NOT ASK FOR MILESTONES IN YOUR BID OR YOU WILL BE IGNORED AND I ONLY WANT INDIVIDUALS TO WORK WITH ME SO NO COMPANIES.
