China Shopping Agent Store

I need my website [login to view URL] to pull products from categories and searches from [login to view URL] and create it's own shopping cart page that uses [login to view URL] to translate Chinese RMB to US dollars, or any other currency of the users choice. It will work the same as websites [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I would like to keep the site wordpress based. Some design might be required, but I will do most of the designing myself. I would also like to be able to provide tracking numbers and order status for clients in the backend, as they should be able to have a login with a user name and password to check their order history and order status with can be updated live. How it works is, once an order comes in to our warehouse in China, the customer must pay again for shipping to their country, so I want to be able to create invoices for customers to pay the rest of what they owe through an invoice that the admin creates for shipping (or any other reason.) I would also like to make sure that the multi language plug-in for wordpress is working completely.
