Needed someone to design, implement and setup a website similar to this or the same as this website, with some minor differences - (categories and looks) [login to view URL] - website appears to be delta script, script cost seems to reflect $ 350. just for the script. I own Wordpress classipress, but, I am not sold on using it nor could I install it. I need this done ASAP, will hire the right person who can get this done for the least amount, right away. A positive experience, could lead to multiple similar projects for my clients, possibly as many as 20 more. Please note, I do not own or have any affiliation with that website. Similar to a Real Estate Classified Website, however, the website will focus on mineral rights, in contrast to real estate properties. Basically, the site allows people to registered and then post their properties or to post the properties they are seeking, under what appears to be an automated process. While, I must keep cost minimal for this project, I will consider buying other template(s) like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] and I would also consider subscribing to new hosting, but cost must remain low for this project to get done. Allowing the bid winning professional discretion to design and implement. I am flexible regarding aesthetics, however, where I do not have the luxury of being flexible is on factors involving cost, time to complete the website and very importantly, the website is low maintenance to operate, with respect to non-tech people not having too difficult of a time maintaining the website.
