Compnent for Joomla 3.0

I need to have a component for Joomla 3 which does the following functions: 1. Memberships for (indivisual/business) - Signup page with different memberships tire (created by the admin on the back-end) - Integrate Acymailing newsletter signup to the signup page - Content Access Control - Integrated payment gateways (Paypal, Worldpay, pay by invoice) - Member Management - Member listing/search for member (Business Directory) - Send invoice after payment and add it to the user section under (User billing tab) / allow recurring renewal (Annual) / Save card details - Support multi-language - Example of a similar component: OSE Member ship ([login to view URL]) 2. Event management - Create events quickly from the back-end and categories - Allow ticket purchase (different prices depends on member ship level above) - Payment handled by the integrated gateways mentions above - Image galleries integration - Google Map/direction, suggested address integration - Upcoming/past events and calander module - Add to Outlook/Google calendar - Send invoice after payment and add it to the user section under (User billing tab) - Support multi-language - Example component: 3. Adverts - Administrators to define add sizes, pages to display, prices (setup different packages for members to choose from) (photo adds with links) - Members to choose size, pages, length - Track number of impressions and clicks per add and display it for admin and member - Member pay monthly in advance as they purchase the package - Show graphs for statistics (clicks, impressions) for members and admins Just to summaries or explain from different aspect, each user should have the following section: - Profile (View/Edit) - Business Profile (View/Edit) - Membership (Membership level/Expire date/Renew/Upgrade if applicable) - Events (Booking history/New events to book for) - Adverts (current package, upgrade, cancel, graphs with impressions/clicks) - Invoices and billing (All invoices history from events, membership and adds / Download in PDF) All links should be SEO friendly and guidance from W3 should be followed (CSS, Java, jQuery, html) All component part should include share option on social media (Facebook, Linked in, Twitter, Google+, Flicker)
