I am looking for help designing, coding, and launching of a very simple 2 page website. Main function of the site is to collect info from a form which will then be emailed to me. So the site needs to have a database of some sort. Here is an example of a site that is similar [login to view URL] That is it. I will provide the stock images, the URL, and I need help doing everything else. Another site to get inspiration from is here http://www.disabilitylegalaid.com. Very simple. Two pages. Nothing fancy. I just need to form info submitted to me via email. Let me know if you can do this and I will give you more details.
