Device website

I need a website where users will store information about the devices they own. The website must be create in PHP with a MySQL databases. The structure will be given on the start of the project. There are 3 users roles: simple user, Read-only user and admin. Anonymous users feature: - Access public pages/news - View statistics about number of users, type of devices. - Create an account Simple user feature: - Personal Information - Add/list/modify/Delete own devices - Upload/Delete own files (private area - non accessible from simple URL) Read-only feature: - view some users or devices be certain criteria Admin: - List/modify/delete users/devices - Add devices manufacturer/model or series - Generates reports of users activity (created users in last week/month/year) devices added ( week/month/year/total) I don't need any CMSs, unless they databases are clear to use for further developing.
