I need a website designer to work with us starting today. If your work is good, we would employ you as a permanent staff in our company. Before we engage you for a permanent working arrangement, I'd want you to do some little tasks for us, to enable me assess how well you work and if you can be a good fit in our organization. You need to be good in programming, website design and graphic design. TODAY'S TRIAL PROJECT: The project I want you to start with today is to format the content of a website to be more organized and stylishly illustrated. I'd pay you today for this project. If I am impressed with your work, then, we can discuss the terms of a permanent engagement of your service. When we engage your services permanently, your work will include updating and maintenance of website. Sometimes, you may be required to work on some graphic design work for website. You may be required to install some scripts, develop a script, or customize scripts at times. Sometimes, you may be required to design a website or contact forms or even edit pdf documents for use online etc. The tasks you do per day is based on what you are assigned to handle per day.
