Access - SQL redesign

We are looking for an Access-SQL expert from the San Diego area to come and work with us for 2 weeks on-site to help us redesign an Access-based application to use a SQL back-end. You will be working with our project lead programmer, and you should have great Access skills and SQL skills. Also, you'll be mentoring as you work, so excellent interpersonal and team skills are vital. Please give quote for 2 weeks. Please note we we cannot pay for flights or accomodation so do not include this. This bid request is only open to coders who are local to Carlsbad, CA. Please send a list of your top 5 tasks that you have been recently been involved with. Last 2 weeks of February would be ideal for this project.
