Amazon auto check out program

Looking for a windows-based program (I've seen a lot of people using it) that can automatically query Amazon at a preset interval and when criteria are met, place the order automatically.

Example:

Lets say I want to buy a wii, which is on sale at amazon for 199.99

I will only buy this if it's below $175. So I need to be able to enter the ASIN of wii, quantity I want, and my target price $175 into the program (graphical user interface required), and the program will automatically order it for me (assuming I have one-click ordering turned on). User's username/password should be stored locally for automatic checkout.

When the user enters his desired ASIN, you need to query Amazon API, get the image, and display it to the user. You will also embed my amazon affiliate id into the URL so that I can get commission.
