Auto Nameing for Scanned PDFs

Objective for this project; have a tool/program that will help you rename files based on a predefined list of name options. For example, Users will scan a document using Scan Soft software and a PDF file is created. Users need to be able to rename files using some tool/program that limits them to a predefined list of name for these files. We have a list of the file names that will need to be used for each type of file according to content. This will be given upon bid acceptance Here is the scenario. The user scans a document using Soft Scan. That program makes the scanned document into a PDF file. The file now needs to be named according to the type of document that was scanned. This is where this program comes into play. We need some sort of selection option where the user can select the type of document, like "Legal" or "Image" (I'll get the exact list of options, once they are approved.) It will then add that type name to the name of the file. (ex - Legal 001). This way all the documents that are scanned will be categorized appropriately. ## Deliverables There maybe more detailed criteria to come. Although this is a pretty good over view of the project.
