Blog Finder

Hello I regularly post comments onto blogs but seem to be wasting time finding blogs that are keyword related. I am thinking that someone may be able to build a small program that will find keyword related blogs that have an open status for comments. I would like this program to include such blogs as wordpress, [login to view URL], blogspot, text pattern, nucleus, b2evolution, blogdrive, drupal, expressionengine. I imagine it to operate as such - I enter the keyword, press 'go' and then the program returns me an excell result of the available blogs, preferably highest PR first. Is this possible?
