We are representing a high-tech manufacturing & distribution company with headquarters in Southern California, US. Our primary products are DVD, DVD-R, and CD-RW drives. We also ship software with the drives. We are looking to "outsource" our technical support call center. We need to provide 24-hour support. We need a complete call center with existing phone infrastructure and at least 6 people with option to grow the staff very quickly. As for technical information, we will fly to the location where the team is and train the technicians completely. We will do trainings every quarter.
