Company Logo

We require a very experienced and good graphics designer to produce a brand new company logo for us. The logo must be completely new and not copied from some other work done previously as this logo will be patented and trademarked. Therefore for obvious legal reasons, we cannot accept work that may infringe the trademark rights of some other company. We have provided samples for your guidance only. I deally we would like a logo done similarly to the sample provided but with a musical theme i.e. a cd, album or something like that but it must be of a musical theme. The final design must be done in three sizes, two sets and three formats as follows: Sizes: 98 x 98, 196 x 196, 302 x 302 Formats: .jpg, .bmp, .png Colours: A combination of colour samples provided - to be approved as per sample you provide. The first set of completed logos must bear the "R in a circle" mark as shown on all registered trademarks. Please see samples for illustration and positioning. The second set of completed logos must bear the "TM" (in a circle) mark. TM stands for trademark and is shown on all registered trademarks. Please see samples for illustration and positioning. The text for the logo should be "songs" and then the "4u" as in the sample provided. Finally, you must indicate what colours you have used, using an internationally recognized colour identification system, such as Pantone®, Focoltone®, Munsell Color® or Toyo®. Thank you for your interest! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
