Create a Windows Compatible Emulator (emulate Sinclair Spectrum)

We would like a windows based emulator program , which emulates the old 8 bit Sinclair Spectrum computer. Examples of programs which already do this are on this page - [login to view URL] There is example source code with many of these programs , also many old games in the tap/tzx format of a similar kind to which we need it to work with. We would like a clone / version of one of these which does exactly the same as them , but is copyright to us , as most of the ones shown are copyright , we need a version we can release with our games , to allow them to be played , so need a clone , not a copy so we can use it to be released with our other old software to enable people to play it on a current PC. All we need to know from the coder is that the program they supply to us , will not have any copyright claims / issues from other people. Any questions please ask , we do not see this should be a major problem to a good coder , as there are so many examples and source codes , but we must state again , it must be a 'new' version , not direct copy for obvious reasons. We would like it to display our logo on first start up as well , which we would supply. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows XP , all older windows versions also.
