Design Website Template

I require the design of a template for a website I will be using for a business. This is the initial phase of an entire site I need built for ecommerce purposes. This first phase requires the talents of a skilled artist who can design a visually appealing website that enhances the purpose of the site. Initial work on the site can be found at [[login to view URL]][1]. I wish those viewing the site to have knowledge of the business and the sites purpose and to in no-way take what is currently being used to influence the artists work on the new site. The current site is only for informative purposes to show what the business is and how the general functionality will work. The artists needs to be able to create this template in photo shop (PDF with layers) that will be able to be handed over to the next phase; which will be to incorporate the artistic value of the template into a functional site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Photo Shop Even though I have broken the build of this site into three phases with specific talents attached to each, I am interested creating a relationship with someone that will be able to work on this site as a whole and as required and will continue with the project as long as possible. I am laying out the build of this site into three phases. The first is for this bid, visual design of the site. The second is for general functionality which will require the conversion of the initial site template into html code created from a template in ASP.net with the use of C#. Third, is for additional add-ons that will be added to enhance the site.
