csv to mdb to excel

This must be in VB6!! What I would like is two programs. First is at the store level. I have an EOD files (End of Day files) there are two types of them, new and old systems. You will need to take the totals in from it along with some data the store will provide (cash count, checks so on). Some of these totals you will need to store for the EOD reports. At the end of day these totals will be displayed, asked if right then lock for the next day. The next day they check credit cards totals if all is good then you will open the EOD files from the day before and add to a table. Next you will have to export it to the Excel file. You will need to move the EOD files to a folder (C:/Goodwill/ EOD files/Year, Month, Date). Then the excel file and some others need to be sent to Email address (I want a setting that I can just pick what files to send and who) (as for files look at the EOD files folder to see them, Remember the old EOD files have the format of MMDD in them!!) Every week we send a weekly file to an Email address other than the EOD files. The totals you will have to add up thru the week. (I want all this data saved in an access file) I have a set up of what I would like you do not have to stick to it but I must have notes telling me what your doing for changes later. see docs file for all the info ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
