Amazon Bestseller Display Wordpress Plugin

We need a Wordpress plugin that will pull 1-15 Amazon Bestseller products for the specific niche of any blog monetized with Amazon products, and display them in a sidebar widget or, optionally, in the post content/ad area. It will add the Amazon thumbnail photo, brief description and checkout link, including the webmasters Amazon affiliate license. Here are some more details of features: 1. Creation of plugin with licensing as per QR Code Generator 2. On each Page and Post have the plugin add a meta box with options to define: - Category (based on Amazon's category node list) - Keywords (optional; allows narrowing of products in the category selected). This could be populated automatically based on the Page / Post's content (a bit like Yoast WP SEO does - it scans the content, works out the top keywords and then uses them). - Min & Max Price (optional; allows narrowing of products in the category + keywords above) - Sort By (optional; options are best selling, price high to low, price low to high, title, publication / released date. Note that depending on the category selected these options may vary - for example, books have publication dates where as patio heaters don't). - Number of Products (choose the number of products to display from the above parameters) - Product URL / ASIN (enter a specific product, this would be the only one displayed) - Display options (approach here would be to have them displayed in a grid 2 or 3 x wide, but display options would allow user to choose whether to display image, title, price) - Track clickthroughs option - Cloak link Results would be cached for a predefined period e.g. 24 hours, to ensure that every time a Page / Post is loaded it doesn't query Amazon, who have rate limits on their API. If they change above parameters this cache is cleared + products retrieved from Amazon again. This also ensures the site will not become slow + get penalised by Google for its page load time. Most gifted and products based on a URL aren't available through the Amazon Product Advertising API, which I've described above. However the combination of category, keywords, price, sort and number of products, as well as the option to show a single product, should provide enough flexibility and precision for the site owner. 3. Have the plugin add a widget that can be configured in a similar way i.e. choose Category, Keywords, Min / Max Price, Sort By, Number of Products, Display Options 4. Statistics Panel - to show most viewed + clicked Amazon products etc. 5. Settings Panel - for Amazon API keys, Amazon Associate tag, caching periods, option to flush cache etc. Possible option: a shortcode functionality based on the above.
