Ideal timing to complete this would be Jun 6-7. At this point I am perfectly ok with not having backend functionality, if it cannot be accomplished by the deadline. But at least for now the frontend needs to look and function as intended. I would be interested in a quote for backend options as well as a part 2 to this project I've attached a document with more detail as the project only allowed 4000 characters. This project to create a membership type website. But there is no re-occuring fee. It is charged up payment. The site is done in wordpress and the payment gateway is paypal. You'll need to create a submission form that can vary depending on the chosen package and also be able to total but a submission and pass that along to paypal for payment. I will add as much as possible here. User Roles/Packages I've created 4 new user roles to use for each of the Packages offered on the site. We will need to add a way for the customer to be able to control their own Package and change it as they wish. There would be a few places that the user package can be adjusted. [login to view URL] When Logged in as a customer on the "Submit" page, upon starting any weeks submission the user will be prompted to confirm or change their package, whatever current package they are on will show by default so they can easily click through. Here the user will be able to submit their "Event" info The grid shows the next 4 Sunday's dates and how far out they are in the first column, in the second column are the statuses for each weeks submission. - Once a due date has passed the row no longer shows and the next available sunday fills the bottom row. - The Event date is always on Sunday and the due date is always the prior Monday. - The are discounts applied to the price of these submissions based on the weeks ahead of time that the events are submitted. Since the due date is almost one week earlier than the event, we use this to gave 1,2, and 3 weeks out for discounts. - there is no discount for submitting an event within 1 week of the due date - In the status column, Get Started and Edit are clickable links, below is detail on what they show. - users will not be able to click "Get Started" until the required fields of the "My Account" page are filled in, instead they will get a pop up with a link to the my account page. GET STARTED is the first option that will populate the status field for every week Upon clicking it this will go to new page or pop up/lightbox form see image "[login to view URL]" 1. Show current package and give option to change it. 2. Upon Approving the package they are taken to list of events generically named "Event #1, Event #2, Etc.", these will be replaced with the "Event" field once filled in. by default show as many as needed for package chosen. And have the ability to add additional event al a cart for a fee that will depend on the chosen package.
