Thanks, James. ## Deliverables Page must contain a banner, a primary navigation, a secondary navigation (which can be optionally removed without detracting from tempalte quality), and an area for a copyright notice. Please see the attached file for more detail. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. This includes the original images/flash documents in their native format (.PSD, .FLA, etc.) with their layers intact, and any fonts used. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, and meet the following criteria: a) Pages must load in under 12 seconds, according to the trial version of the HTML checker available at <[login to view URL]> b) HTML must be valid according to the W3C validation tool available at: <[login to view URL]> c) CSS must be valid according to the W3C validation tool available at: <[login to view URL]> 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Template must function properly in all popular browsers, including Internet Explorer 5+, Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape, Opera etc.
