Betting Lines(repost)

I want a page that has betting lines from at least three different sources for every Baseball, American Football, Basketball, and Hockey game. The page should look similar to this page: [login to view URL] The lines should automatically update. Next I would also like to have a page were the current scores for all the same major sporting events are listed similar to this: [login to view URL];_ylt=Ah2FbyhaJzMTevuGx8yYuu8RvLYF but not nearly as detailed, just the two teams playing and the current score. all the scores can be on the same page or you can make separate pages for each league. I would prefer separate pages for each league, but I want to keep cost down as much as possible. The pages can be simple. you can just create a blank header on the top of the page where I will add my logo and menu bar when the project is completed. If you have any other question please ask. I would like to know how long you expect this project to take and approximately how much it will cost me. Also I would like you to provide some instructions on how to make some simple modifications to the pages if i need to.
