CMS needed for the Website I purchased

***Please do mention when you can start this project. I have recently purchased a website for income purpose. The website was related to live sports streaming. But now I have to come to know that I have been cheated and the potential of the website is not that much which was told to me. As, those streams have been obtained by embedding codes. Anyways in order to save my previous investment I am ready to invest a very little bit more. Here is the project which I want to be done. I am totally open to ideas. I would love a detailed response. 1. First of all I need it to be redesigned. Previously it is nothing other than a free wordpress theme. But I want a total new and very very attractive design for it. As it is related to sports, so it must have a sports look not like any other category like that of studies or oscommerce. Please check below for further requirements as it doesnt allow me to post all over here... ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform I will be needing coder's help in clarifying this.
