Complete Website

We are looking for a complete website: website, database & graphics. This website's function is to accept rss(xml) feeds from sports and casino related sites and use that information to produce dynamically generated graphs and charts. ## Deliverables Track and graph all event's odds that come in through the feeds. Graphing should include a "major line(odds) change flag" Graph should include a calendar that will start when the event first became listed. Graph should be viewable by week, day, range of hours, single hour, & "Start Time" Database to store all gathered information. Database should be searchable archive. Feeds should be pulled every 15min up until 24 hours before an event, every 10 minutes up until 6 hours before the event, every 5 minutes up until 1 hour before the event, every 2 minutes until 15 before the event, and every minute until the event begins. A "how to" section for operating with in the site A threaded discussion board that will take it's "subject" from an rss newsfeed. a news section under each graph pertaining to the graph. an email notification system which users can opt in/out of to receive "major lines changes" or if a line reaches a given point. Newletter mailing capables, both in html and plain text. Newsletter should include current headlines, information to be added by us. There should also be a link in the newsletter to allow automatic removal from the subscription. an administartion section from which we can add/edit/remove content from the site. All graphics for web pages, newletters, individual events, graphs and charts A "My Monitor" section which will allow registered users to set preferences, such as tracking particular graphs, teams, sports, custom graphs tracking specific teams, etc..... 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform web based
