Consumers to accountants

I need a website that will allow people who need accountants to bid for their business after the consumer enters information about themselves, and what type of accounting that needs to be done ( home, self-employed, small business, large business, corporations, LLC, etc) I need the program and website to be able to accommodate small consumers all the way to large corporations. I need within the website a webpage to be dedicated for the potential accountants to convince them to join by paying a fee for the ability to bid on projects. They will then have to pay a small commission on the project once the consumer and the accountant wants to go though with the transaction. The main website will be dedicated to the consumer, detailing the advantages of using our services. There is no fee for the consumers. I would like a very professional, engaging website with flash animation, encrypted personal information, and the ability to modify and adjust the site. I already have domain name reserved.
