Convert PSD to Html Css Jquery

I need a programmer who can convert PSD to HTML, CSS3, jQuery. I'm looking for a semantic web, so if you do not know that word this is not your project. I hope the use of jQuery UI, jQuery templates in the layout. The worker who can send me the slider as it is in fact the PSD will be the more chances of winning the project.
