Create XHTML pages from artwork(repost)

We have a graphics designer who has created ~14 complete web pages as binary image files. We need an experienced XHTML developer who can take these art files and turn them into XHTML pages. Art for each page is mostly in single Illustrator files and you will need to slice it up (for example into buttons or smaller graphics) for use on XHTML pages. You should be very comfortable with Visual Studio and ASP.NET 2.0 as we are using that envirnment for development and creating and consuming ASP.NET master pages. Expectations: - Use current XHTML and CSS best design practices - Understand how to layout easily manageble, maintainable, updatable XHTML/CSS layouts and designs - Understand Visual Studio and ASP.NET 2.0 - Ability to work with ASP.NET source code and master pages - Ability to slice up master artwork into pieces that will be used on XHTML pages - Cross-browser designs - Graphic design skills with Photoshop and ImageReady - Work within Microsoft Visual Studio - W3C standards compliance - Creative and professional manner ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari browser compliance.
