Create an interactive multimedia scrapbook or website for a family history with pictures, scans, video and audio

This project requires webpage building, html or XML & most likely flash & the ability to work heavily on this project this week. Client meeting is on 2/13 & I need to show completed pages. See attached doc for a complete project description. I’ve been looking for a program that allows me to easily create a multimedia “scrapbook.?? Each year would have a collection of pages about what happened. Example page in 1977: Becca’s Fifth Birthday page would have an embedded slideshow of the jpeg pictures from the party that she can click on and make larger to view. A static jpegs of the party invitation. An embedded video window where she can play short video or audio clips of the party. A text area for typing in memories. (see attached sample xtivity page layout.)Ther're about 2000 pictures and scanned items to include, already separated by year and date. The majority of the material I have is jpeg photographs and tiff scans (like a birthday cards) there are about 22 audio clips & about 20 video clips. After much review of products and websites, what I think I’m looking for is a Flash generated website or an html website with the appropriate flash embedded modules. I can’t design flash though I can embed flash modules. A site designed totally in flash won't work because I'll need to be able to modify and add to the site. Designing with a flash generator tool like the one I discuss in the full project description attached is a possiblity. After the basic pages are laid out most of the work will be populating them with the scans and pictures. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Window's XP and Internet Explorer. I we could have a version that runs on an DVD that would be excellent. Even better if it could be put on a DVD and played in a DVD player attached to a t.v. but that is not required.
