Customize WP theme & apply it to another system

At our site, [login to view URL], we're using WordPress with a customized version of the Relaxation_3column theme. (see attachment for our current theme files) We want a few changes to be made to this theme and then we want to apply the resulting theme to the templates of our new web directory at <[login to view URL]> . (see attachment for template files supplied by DWodp) Basically, we want a theme that effectively supports two types of image ads: the super banner & the large square ad. To accomplish this, we want to separate the logo header from the current layout and make it a free-floating panel at the top of the page. We also want to add a couple of site-wide navigation buttons to this panel. Moving the logo header will allow our content to move up and allow us to put a super banner between the new free-floating logo header panel and the main body of the page. (see attachment for a rough idea of what we have in mind for this new panel) We also want to add a "square ad" space above the current 2-column sidebar. Here is an example of a site that uses a similar idea: <[login to view URL]> Once these additions are made to WordPress, we want to apply this theme to the templates of our web directory. The customized theme and customized templates must be valid xhtml & css. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional WordPress system with customized Relaxation_3column theme installed, tested and working at Locallink.info. 2) Complete and fully-functional DWodp web directory system using the same customized Relaxation_3column theme that our WordPress system uses. Installed, tested and working at [login to view URL] 3) The customized theme & templates must be valid xhtml & css. 4) All source files including Photoshop PSD, CSS stylesheet & any related files. 5) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 6) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Linux server with MySQL, PHP, WordPress & DWodp.
